Artisan uses your Personal Info to fulfill your requests for information and services.

Artisan may also use Personal Info in analyzing Site user behavior in order to measure interest in specific items posted on our Site.

The e-mail addresses provided at registration allow Artisan to send e-mail to individuals based on the areas of interest that they indicate during the registration process. Are cookies and IP addresses used?

Artisan has implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security in order to protect Personal Info from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. Only authorized Artisan personnel are provided access to Personal Info, and these employees are required to treat this information as confidential.

In addition, in respect of any payment details you send to us, we reveal only the first six and last three digits of your credit card number on the invoice receipt which we send to you for billing purposes. This is to help keep your credit card details secure.

Personal Info that is financially related will be retained for 10 years in secure storage as may be required by applicable laws.

General Personal Info is retained for up to one year after you stop using our services before being purged. You may request that we delete your Personal Info at any time by contacting us at
